Personal Integrity
Partners should possess a clean criminal and financial history, with good personal credit and no records of bankruptcy. Associated companies and immediate relatives should have no adverse incidents in their past occupational or business engagements.
Financial Stability
Partners are expected to demonstrate financial capability with proof of 450,000 or more in legitimate cash or liquid assets of equivalent value. The asset flow must have reasonable proof, demonstrating that these funds have been accumulated through personal efforts and not from investments made by others.
Market Familiarity
Partners should possess industry experience in their region of application within the past three years, be well-versed with the local mainstream market, and have access to high-quality business resources.
Business Expertise
Single Store Partner: We prefer applicants who have over one year of successful business project experience.
Multi-Store Partner: We prefer applicants with more than three years of proven track record in leading well-known, non-investment business projects and possessing management experience in a minimum of three stores.

Complete the store construction according to the company's design drawings, and pass the supervision inspection.
6Staff Traning
All store employees are required to complete company training and obtain certification before assuming their positions.
